This product neutralizes the effects of the first formula and promotes the formation of new disulfide bonds in a new configuration, thereby locking in the hair’s new shape. Its formula helps restore the natural protective layer in areas where the hair is prone to damage, reduces brittleness, and balances the hair’s hydrogen content. Active Ingredients in PROTEIN FIXER – THE SECOND STEP in the PROTEIN RECONSTRUCTION laminating system:

1. Hydrolyzed soy protein
   • Contains amino acids and proteins that strengthen eyelashes and eyebrows, making them less brittle and more resistant to external factors.
   • When combined with microproteins, it helps restore hair to its natural condition and strengthen its structure.
   • Reduces moisture loss, improving the appearance and texture of the hair.
2. Hydrolyzed keratin
   • Repairs damaged hair, strengthens its structure, and makes it more resilient and healthier.
   • Improves the texture and appearance of hair, leaving it smooth and shiny.
   • Forms a protective barrier on the surface of eyelashes and eyebrows, helping to shield them from harmful factors such as the sun, wind, and pollution.
3. Avocado oil
   • Contains a high concentration of fatty acids, such as oleic acid and palmitic acid, which soften and condition the hair and reduce static electricity.

Directions for use:
After applying the first formula, apply a small amount of PROTEIN FIXER to the eyebrow or eyelash hairs. Leave it on for 7–8 minutes, regardless of hair type.
