Delivery conditions

*If the shipment weighs no more than 30 kg and measures no more than 64x38x39 cm
*If loading or unloading is required, this is an additional service for which a prepayment invoice will be issued.

For oversized items that exceed 50x50 cm in size and 30 kg in weight, delivery costs are calculated based on the item’s actual size, weight, and delivery address.

Deliveries are handled by the most cost-effective carrier available (Omniva, Venipak, FedEx, DPD, TNT, UPS, etc.). Unfortunately, the online store www.nailinfinity.eu cannot influence or expedite delivery times, nor can it be held responsible for delivery delays, as delivery times depend on the partner’s workload and seasonal factors.

1. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
2. Orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis, except for orders with a total amount exceeding 200 EUR, which are automatically given priority status.
3. Orders are shipped only after the funds have been credited to the seller's bank account.
4. Orders are delivered within 2–3 business days, and we have no control over the delivery speed.
5. If the item you ordered is not available in the store or in stock, we will contact you to let you know the delivery time or offer you a comparable alternative.
6. According to a decision by the European Commission, a courier is not required to deliver a package to the customer's doorstep if the package weighs more than 30 kg.
7. The buyer must check the condition of the packaging and the goods at the time of delivery, in the presence of the courier. If any damage to the packaging or the goods is found, please notify the courier representative immediately.
