RECOMMENDATIONS FOR THE USE, MAINTENANCE, AND SERVICE OF PROFESSIONAL EQUIPMENT

1. BEFORE USING THE DEVICE FOR THE FIRST TIME
Before turning on the device, carefully read the manufacturer's instruction manual and make sure the device is properly prepared for use.
Before use:
- Check that the device's power supply specifications match the voltage being used;
- Use only the power supply, cable, charger, and other accessories intended for the device or approved by the manufacturer;
- If the device has a manual 110 V / 220 V voltage selector switch, check that it is set to the correct voltage before connecting it to the power supply;
- Do not switch between the 110 V and 220 V voltage settings while the device is connected to the power supply;
- If the device is designed to be grounded, use a properly grounded electrical connection;
- Place the device on a stable, dry surface that is suitable for its use;
- Make sure the ventilation openings are not blocked;
- Check that the wires, plugs, and connectors are not damaged;
- Use the device only for its intended purpose.
If the device has been exposed to extremely low or high temperatures during transport, allow it to reach a suitable room temperature before turning it on, if the manufacturer's instructions so require.
2. DAILY USE AND CARE
To ensure that professional equipment lasts as long as possible:
- Clean the device regularly according to the manufacturer's instructions;
- Do not allow dust, nail materials, cosmetics, and other work debris to accumulate over time;
- Clean or replace filters and other components in a timely manner;
- Check electrical wires, connectors, and plugs periodically;
- Do not pull the device by the power cord or handle cord;
- Do not allow the wires to be constantly bent sharply at the connection points;
- Protect the device from drops, impacts, crushing, and other mechanical damage;
- Monitor the device's sound, vibration, temperature, and operational stability;
- If the device is not in use, turn it off and, if the manufacturer specifies, unplug it from the power outlet;
- Perform regular preventive maintenance on equipment used professionally and intensively.
The frequency of cleaning and maintenance should be adjusted according to the actual intensity of use. A device used for several hours each day in a professional salon may require maintenance significantly more often than a device that is used infrequently.
3. SIGNS TO LOOK OUT FOR
Changes in how the device operates should not be ignored.
Stop using the device and contact NAILINFINITY or a qualified service center if:
- a burning smell or other unusual odor is detected;
- the device gets unusually hot;
- an unusual noise occurs;
- there is noticeable or increasing vibration;
- The device periodically shuts down or restarts;
- the device's performance will be significantly reduced;
- the device's operation becomes unstable;
- an electrical wire, plug, or connector is damaged;
- liquid has gotten into the device;
- the device has been dropped or subjected to a strong impact and is now functioning differently than before;
- the error message reappears;
- there is visible deformation of the part or other mechanical damage;
- Other symptoms appear that may indicate a technical problem.
Do not continue to use the device for an extended period if it shows obvious signs of technical damage.
A minor defect detected early on can often be fixed with a relatively simple repair or by replacing a part. Continuing to use a damaged device may cause further damage to other parts and significantly increase repair costs.
4. NAIL DRILLS, PEDICURE MACHINES, AND HANDLES
A router is a precision mechanical tool that contains a motor, bearings, a spindle, and a locking mechanism, all of which operate at high speed.
To reduce the risk of damage:
- Before changing the rotation direction from FWD to REV, bring the handle to a complete stop, unless the manufacturer of the specific device has explicitly specified a different procedure for switching directions;
- Do not change the cutting tool while the handle is turning;
- Do not turn on the router if the TWIST LOCK handle or any other locking mechanism is in the open position;
- After inserting the tip, make sure the lock is fully closed;
- Use only the attachments designed for the specific handle's shaft diameter;
- Do not use bent, deformed, damaged, or excessively vibrating nozzles;
- Do not apply excessive pressure while working;
- Clean the handle regularly to remove dust, following the manufacturer's instructions;
- Protect the handle from falls and impacts;
- Do not bend or pull on the handle cable, especially at the connection points;
- Do not position the handle in such a way that it could fall off the table while you are working;
- Do not continue working if you notice unusual vibration, noise, or overheating.
Bearings and Moving Parts
Bearings and other moving parts gradually wear out during intensive professional use.
The following may indicate possible wear and tear:
- increasing noise;
- vibration;
- attaching a handle;
- uneven rotation;
- changes in the sound of the handle;
- free movement or other mechanical changes.
Replacing worn-out bearings or other parts in a timely manner can help prevent damage to the motor, shaft, and other more expensive components.
Dust
During a professional manicure or pedicure, it is recommended to use an effective dust extraction system that is appropriate for the scope of the work.
This helps reduce dust levels in the workplace and prevents dust from entering the equipment.
5. VACUUM CLEANERS
The effective operation of a vacuum cleaner depends largely on proper airflow and the condition of the filter.
Regularly:
- Check the condition of the filter;
- Clean or replace the filter according to the manufacturer's instructions;
- Make sure the filter is installed correctly;
- Use a filter designed for that specific model or approved by the manufacturer;
- Do not block the air intake and exhaust vents;
- Clean the accessible ventilation and airflow areas regularly.
Do not use the device:
- without a filter, unless the design of the specific device calls for one;
- with a significantly clogged or damaged filter;
- to suck up liquids, if the device is not designed for that purpose;
- for sucking up large objects or pieces of material.
Reduced suction power does not always indicate engine failure.
First, check:
- filter status;
- Is the filter installed correctly?;
- whether the airflow paths are blocked;
- Check to make sure the air intake and exhaust vents are not blocked.
A clogged filter can significantly reduce suction efficiency and increase the load on the motor.
6. UV/LED Nail Lamps
To ensure the lamp continues to function properly:
- Use only a power supply that is suitable for the lamp;
- Protect the lamp from impacts and falls;
- Do not allow liquid to come into contact with the electronics;
- Keep the inside of the lamp and the sensors clean on a regular basis;
- Do not allow gel or other materials to accumulate on the diodes, sensors, and housing over an extended period of time;
- Do not block the ventilation openings, if any;
- Use only cleaning products that are suitable for the materials of the specific device.
If the material does not harden
Insufficient curing of the material does not always indicate a technical malfunction of the lamp.
The results are also influenced by:
- chemical composition of the material;
- pigmentation;
- thickness of the applied layer;
- the curing time specified by the material manufacturer;
- the compatibility of a specific material with the light spectrum and technology of the lamp being used;
- the correct position of the hand or fingernail under the lamp.
If you experience problems with curing, be sure to check the polymerization instructions provided by the manufacturer of the material you are using before taking the lamp to a service center.
7. STERILIZATION AND THERMAL EQUIPMENT
For sterilization and thermal equipment, it is particularly important to strictly follow the manufacturer's instructions for use, cleaning, and maintenance.
Depending on the specific device, regularly check the following:
- to keep the camera clean;
- filters;
- water tanks;
- the quality of the water used;
- seals;
- for a door or lid mechanism;
- ventilation openings;
- proper placement of instruments;
- the maximum permissible load on the camera;
- cycle results;
- error codes and messages;
- the maintenance intervals specified by the manufacturer.
Do not overload the sterilization chamber, and do not place instruments in a way that interferes with the manufacturer’s intended circulation of air, steam, or heat.
Error Messages
You should not ignore a recurring error message by continuously restarting the device.
If the error occurs again:
- Check the meaning of the error code as specified in the manufacturer's instructions;
- Perform only those operations that the manufacturer has intended for the user;
- If the problem persists, stop using the device and contact customer service.
8. ENBIO EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE RECOMMENDATIONS
In addition to daily cleaning and the maintenance procedures specified in the manufacturer’s instructions for use, NAILINFINITY recommends performing professional preventive maintenance on ENBIO sterilization equipment after approximately 1,500 sterilizationcycles or at least once every 12 months—whichever comes first.
The purpose of regular professional maintenance is:
- identify natural wear and tear on parts in a timely manner;
- inspect the technical condition of key components;
- reduce the risk of unplanned downtime;
- identify technical issues before they cause more significant damage;
- help maintain stable device operation during intensive professional use.
Important
Professional preventive maintenance does not replace regular maintenance performed by the user, including:
- daily and periodic cleaning;
- the use of water of a quality that meets the manufacturer's requirements;
- cleaning of tanks;
- inspection or replacement of filters and other operating components;
- maintenance procedures to be performed by the user as specified by the manufacturer;
- timely evaluation of error messages.
If the current manufacturer's documentation for a specific ENBIO model specifies a different mandatory maintenance interval or an additional service requirement, the manufacturer's current instructions must be followed.
9. BATTERY-POWERED DEVICES
A battery is a consumable component whose actual capacity may gradually decrease over time.
To help maintain battery performance:
- Use a charger designed for the device or approved by the manufacturer;
- Follow the manufacturer's charging instructions;
- Do not use a damaged charger or cable;
- Do not expose the device to excessive heat or cold;
- Do not leave the device fully discharged for an extended period of time, unless the manufacturer specifies otherwise;
- During long-term storage, follow the manufacturer's instructions regarding the battery's charge level;
- Stop using the device if the battery becomes unusually hot, deforms, swells, or shows other signs of damage.
A gradual decrease in battery life over time may be the result of normal electrochemical wear and tear.
10. CLEANING AND DISINFECTION
Using the wrong cleaning product may damage the device's plastic or rubber parts, paint, labels, display, or protective coating.
Use only cleaning and disinfection products and methods that are suitable for the materials of the specific device and comply with the manufacturer's instructions.
Depending on the material of the device, damage may be caused by:
- acetone;
- solvents;
- highly concentrated alcohol solutions;
- harsh disinfectants;
- abrasive cleaning products;
- other chemically aggressive substances.
Before using a new cleaning or disinfecting product, check the manufacturer's instructions for that specific product.
Do not pour or spray liquid directly into an electronic device unless the manufacturer's instructions explicitly allow it.
11. THE MOST COMMON CAUSES OF DAMAGE TO AVOID
Many malfunctions in professional equipment are caused not by a sudden technical failure, but by prolonged use, insufficient maintenance, or external factors.
In particular, you should avoid:
- dropping and impacts;
- incorrect mains voltage;
- incorrectly set 110 V / 220 V voltage;
- an incompatible power supply, adapter, or charger;
- use of a damaged electrical cord;
- liquid or excessive moisture entering the device;
- excessive accumulation of dust and other foreign objects inside the device;
- blocking of ventilation openings;
- operating with very dirty or clogged filters;
- the use of unsuitable nozzles, parts, or accessories;
- unauthorized disassembly, modification, or unqualified repair of the device;
- the use of cleaning products that do not meet the manufacturer's requirements;
- failure to comply with the manufacturer's mandatory maintenance requirements;
- Continued use of the device after signs of a technical malfunction have appeared.
If a defect is detected during a technical inspection, the nature of the specific problem, the condition of the device, and the possible cause of the defect are assessed.

12. PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE
You shouldn't wait until the device stops working completely to perform preventive maintenance.
In cases of particularly intensive professional use, regular technical inspections can help detect wear and tear early on.

13. WHEN TO CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE
Contact NAILINFINITY if:

- the activity has become significantly different from what it was before;
- the problem keeps recurring;
- unusual noise, vibration, or overheating occurs;
- the device displays the same error code again;
- a damaged cable, connector, or other essential component;
- the device has been dropped or has sustained mechanical damage;
- liquid has gotten into the device;
- there are doubts as to whether it is safe to continue using the device;
- Preventive technical maintenance is required.
If you are unsure about the technical condition of the device, it is better to stop using it and contact customer service rather than continue using it until it is completely damaged.
Do not attempt to disassemble or repair the device on your own unless the specific steps are intended for the user in the manufacturer's instructions.
14. HOW TO REQUEST SERVICE
To help us understand the problem more quickly when you contact NAILINFINITY, please include the following:
- Product name and model;
- The order or invoice number, if known;
- serial number, if any;
- a brief and precise description of the problem;
- when the problem began;
- whether the problem is constant or intermittent;
- under what circumstances it manifests itself;
- Did the device fall, sustain an impact, or experience any other unusual situation before the problem occurred?;
- a photo or video, if the problem can be documented.
Depending on the issue, NAILINFINITY may ask you to submit the device or the components related to the specific issue for technical inspection.
For example, in the case of a milling machine, in certain situations both the control unit and the handle may be necessary for a thorough diagnosis.
