Payment Methods
NAILINFINITY offers several convenient ways to pay for your order. The available payment options may vary depending on the selected delivery method, the country of delivery, and the order.
Picking Up an Order at the NAILINFINITY Store

You can pay for your order:
- by bank transfer;
- on PayPal;
- with a bank card;
You can pick up your order after receiving a notification from NAILINFINITY that it is ready for pickup.
Delivery to a parcel locker or pickup location
Depending on the shipping address and the options available at the time the order is placed, delivery may be provided by Omniva, Venipak, Unisend, Latvijas Pasts, or another carrier offered by NAILINFINITY.
You can pay for your order:
- by bank transfer;
- on PayPal;
- with a bank card via Klix;
- with Klix Pay Later, by splitting the payment into installments, if this option is available for that particular purchase.
You can select available pickup locations and pickup points when placing your order.
When the shipment is ready for pickup, the carrier will send the recipient a notification containing the necessary information and pickup instructions.
Delivery by courier
You can pay for your order:
- by bank transfer;
- on PayPal;
- with a bank card via Klix;
- with Klix Pay Later, by splitting the payment into installments, if this option is available for that particular purchase.
Depending on the country of delivery and the order, NAILINFINITY uses DPD, FedEx, UPS, TNT, Venipak, Omniva, Latvijas Pasts, and other shipping partners.
Payment in cash or by card to the courier is not offered unless otherwise clearly specified for that particular order.
Bank Transfer
If you choose to pay by bank transfer, a prepayment invoice will be issued after the order is placed.
The payment deadline is 3 calendar days, unless a different deadline is specified on the invoice or in an individual agreement.
Items ordered are reserved until the payment deadline.
If payment is not received by the specified deadline, the order may be canceled and the reservation of the goods revoked.
Order processing for prepaid orders continues after payment is received.
Payment by bank card
Online payments with a bank card are provided by Klix by Citadele.
During the checkout process, the payment methods available for that specific purchase are displayed.
Klix Pay Later – Pay in Installments
If Klix Pay Later is available for an order, the purchase amount can be paid in installments.
When you select this payment method, your application is processed through the Klix platform, where you can receive and evaluate offers from funders.
The availability of Klix Pay Later and the financing terms are determined on a case-by-case basis at the time the payment is processed.
PayPal
When you select PayPal, payment is processed through the PayPal payment platform.
An order is considered paid after we receive confirmation that the payment has been successfully processed.
Important
Cash payments are available only at the NAILINFINITY store when purchasing an item in person.
Packages sent to parcel lockers, pickup locations, and via courier are shipped after the payment required for the order has been received or confirmed.
The payment and delivery options available for a specific order are displayed during the checkout process.
