Before work:
🔸 Disinfect your hands
🔸 Place the abrasive on the base with a slight offset to the right
🔸 File dry skin and cuticles with 240/320 grit files until smooth
🔸 Use 180 grit to shape your nails, then smooth with 240 or 320
🔸 Wipe off the dust with a brush and moisturize your hands with cream or oil
🔸 If desired, then degrease your nails and apply a top coat
