To ensure the safe, effective, and long-lasting operation of the Enbio autoclave, it is important to follow the manufacturer's instructions for use and maintenance:

Regular Technical Maintenance
It is recommended that the device undergo technical maintenance every 1,500 sterilization cycles or at least once a year —whichever comes first. Regular maintenance helps maintain the device’s performance and prevent potential technical malfunctions in a timely manner. -
Instruments must be sterilized in sterilization pouches
Instruments to be sterilized must be placed in appropriate sterilization pouches. Sterilizing instruments without pouches may cause damage to the instruments and does not comply with Enbio’s recommended procedure for using the device. -
Ensure adequate ventilation around the device
The Enbio autoclave must not be placed in a closed cabinet, box, niche, or any other location with restricted air circulation. The device must be placed in a freestanding, well-ventilated area, ensuring sufficient airflow around it. Insufficient ventilation may cause the device to overheat, malfunction, or suffer technical damage.
