Oxidizing Emulsion 3.5% is specially designed for mixing with ÉLAN bleaching and tinting products
For use with:
- ÉLAN Smart Brow Tinting System
- ÉLAN Eyebrow Gel Tint
- ÉLAN Ultramarine Bleach Powder
- ÉLAN Carbon Bleach Powder
EYEBROW TINTING STEPS
- Use ÉLAN Detox Mousse to degrease the hairs and skin. Remove excess with a cotton pad moistened with water.
- Mix with ÉLAN Gel Tint or ÉLAN Smart Tinting System in a 1:1 ratio in a non-metallic container.
- Smart Tinting System: 5-10 minutes
- Gel Tint: 10-15 minutes
- Wash off with a cotton pad moistened with water.
EYEBROW BLEACHING STEPS
- Mix with ÉLAN Carbon or Ultramarine Powder in a 2:1 ratio (two parts emulsion to one part powder).
- Apply to hairs and spread with a brush.
- Leave for 3-15 minutes depending on desired result.
- Repeat for a lighter shade.
- Apply ÉLAN Detox Mousse.
PRECAUTIONS
The brow tint and booster concentrate contain p-Phenylenediamine, p-Phenylenediamines (toluene diamines), and resorcinol.
Before use, 48 hours prior, it is necessary to perform an allergy test: mix 2 drops of the tint and oxidizing emulsion and apply this mixture to a small area of the skin of the elbow bend. If there is no redness, swelling, or irritation on the skin, you should proceed with the tinting.
Use protective gloves. Do not use metal objects when working with the product. Not for lash tinting. For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with water. Rinse thoroughly after application.
Important: After the eyebrow hairs are bleached, it is not recommended to carry out the standard eyebrow tinting procedure. If you use eyebrow dye and oxidant in a 1:1 ratio, the eyebrow hairs will turn black.
