ELAN Oxidizing Emulsion 3.5% Professional Line 30 ml

The 3.5% oxidizing emulsion is specially formulated to be mixed with ÉLAN bleaching and coloring products

Intended for use with:

• ÉLAN Smart Brow Tinting System
• ÉLAN Eyebrow Gel Tint
• ÉLAN Ultramarine Bleach Powder
• ÉLAN Carbon Bleach Powder

STEPS FOR DYEING EYEBROWS

1. Use ÉLAN Detox Mousse to remove excess oil from your hair and skin. Remove any excess with a cotton pad moistened with water.
2. Mix with ÉLAN Gel Tint or ÉLAN Smart Tinting System in a 1:1 ratio in a non-metallic container.
   • Smart Tinting System: 5–10 minutes
   • Gel Tint: 10–15 minutes
3. Wipe it with a cotton pad moistened with water.

STEPS FOR BLEACHING EYEBROWS

1. Mix with ÉLAN Carbon or Ultramarine Powder in a 2:1 ratio (two parts emulsion to one part powder).
2. Apply to your hair and comb through with a brush.
3. Leave it on for 3–15 minutes, depending on the desired result.
4. If you want a lighter shade, repeat the process.
5. Apply ÉLAN Detox Mousse.

PRECAUTIONARY MEASURES
The eyebrow dye and booster concentrate contain p-phenylenediamine, p-phenylenediamines (toluenediamines), and resorcinol.
Before use, 48 hours in advance, perform an allergy test: mix 2 drops of dye and oxidizing emulsion and apply the mixture to a small area of skin near your elbow. If there is no visible redness, swelling, or irritation on the skin, you may proceed with coloring.
Wear protective gloves. Avoid using metal objects when working with the product. Do not apply to eyelashes. For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. If the product gets into your eyes, rinse them immediately with water. Rinse thoroughly after use.

Important: It is not recommended to perform a standard eyebrow tinting procedure after bleaching your eyebrows. If you use eyebrow dye and developer in a 1:1 ratio, your eyebrow hairs will turn black.
