FLASH TINT is a professional eyebrow tint specially formulated for tinting eyebrows even after laminating and bleaching procedures. It does not stain the hairs but evenly colors the skin, making the product ideal for the hair-stroke technique.

The innovative formula allows you to adjust the processing time from 1 to 15 minutes, depending on the individual characteristics of your skin and hair and the desired result.

The nourishing complex in the formula— hyaluronic acid, niacinamide, and collagen —intensely moisturizes, nourishes, and strengthens the skin and hair. The amino acid complex and argan oil provide a protective barrier during the treatment.

Important: The dye does not require the addition of an oxidizing agent and does not disrupt the natural pH balance of the skin on the eyebrows.

Steps for Tinting

1. Clean your eyebrows with ÉLAN DETOX-MOUSSE.

2. Define the shape of your eyebrows with a powder pencil. If necessary, adjust the lines with a brush.

3. Apply the color to your eyebrows, following the shape you drew earlier.

4. Leave it on for 1–15 minutes, depending on the desired intensity.

5. If the paint goes outside the lines, immediately remove it with a cotton swab dampened with water before it dries.

6. After the treatment time has elapsed, wipe the area thoroughly with a cotton pad moistened with water.

7. Apply COLOUR FIX fixing solution for a long-lasting effect and more intense color.
