Description
CHEMISEPT MED is a liquid, colorless hand and skin disinfectant containing ethanol and isopropanol, with enhanced microbiological efficacy. It is fragrance-free and possesses broad fungicidal, bactericidal, and virucidal properties (eliminates MRSA, VRE, Mycobacterium avium, Mycobacterium terrae, HBV, HIV, HCV, Adeno, Noro, Vaccinia, etc.).
CHEMISEPT MED is dermatologically tested and contains skin-softening and protective agents. It is autosterile (can be transferred from one container to another) and has a residual effect of 3 hours.
CHEMISEPT MED is used for rapid hygienic and surgical hand disinfection in medical institutions, including hospitals, clinics, general practitioner centers, dental offices, and other healthcare facilities.
Usage:
- Hygienic hand disinfection (EN1500): Apply 3ml of CHEMISEPT MED to hands and rub. Exposure time: 30 seconds.
- Surgical hand disinfection (EN12791): Rub CHEMISEPT MED into hands twice with 3-6 ml per application, treating hands for 45 seconds each time. Total exposure time: 1.5 minutes.
- Skin disinfection before simple medical procedures (injections, etc.): Spray or apply to the skin, wipe with a swab, reapply the product, and allow it to dry. Exposure time: 30 seconds.
Active ingredients:
Ethanol 72.5%, Propan-2-ol 7.5%, skin-protecting components.
