HEPA-12 Filter for Alizé™ Series Nail Dust Collector
The innovative Alizé 4BLANC dust collector is equipped with a unique filter developed based on BOSCH and MAHLE technology, which have been producing air filters since 1925.
Today, these filters are used by 165 major automakers, including Ferrari, Porsche, BMW, Land Rover, Ford, Audi, and others.
The unique 4BLANC filter is made from cellulose (paper) processed with a special synthetic resin. The special accordion structure of the filter greatly increases the filtration area by hundreds of times.
The filter captures 99.98% of volatile dust. It can collect particles larger than 3 microns.
Please clean and replace the filter according to the operating instructions to ensure flawless operation of the dust collector!
The specified service life of the filter is approximate and depends on the workload and how the manicurists use the device.
We recommend that you CHANGE OUT the filter for a new one if you notice any drop in suction power. The approximate service life of the filter varies from 1 to 2 months (provided that the dust collector is emptied and cleaned regularly).
Each dust collector comes with an instruction manual, which provides a step-by-step description of how to clean the filter.
To avoid allergic reactions, we recommend that you wear a mask and gloves when cleaning and maintaining the device. You should wash your hands after coming into contact with the filter and the internal parts.
