CUTICLE SOFTENER STEP 3

Apply Clearance cuticle softener to your toes and let it sit for 30 seconds. Using a cuticle pusher, gently push the softened skin away from the base of the nail.
Thoroughly wash the treated area with Clearance Soap before and after using the cuticle softener to neutralize the active ingredients.
