Description
Kraft paper sterilisation bags with indicator are made of 70 g/m2 kraft paper. The kraft paper packaging is coated with indicators which, when discoloured, allow the differentiation of sterilised from non-sterilised instruments. If the steriliser has been operated correctly, the external indicators change colour to the colour specified in the standard, e.g. beige turns purple. The indicators are attached to an area of kraft paper that is accessible for visual inspection. After the sterilisation cycle has been completed, the indicator mark of each indicator shall be compared with the standard colour. If the indicator shows a negative test result, all instruments treated in this cycle are considered non-sterile.
Kraft bags have the peculiarity of allowing air molecules to pass through while filtering out bacteria and other micro-organisms. After sterilisation, the micro-organisms in the bag are killed at high temperatures and no new micro-organisms enter the environment after treatment, ensuring that the instruments remain sterile.
Moisture resistance - the packaging does not become wet in contact with steam and humid environments and remains leak-proof
preservation of material quality at high temperatures without loss of strength and leak-tightness
large range of sizes and shapes - allows you to choose the right package for each instrument
air-tight fasteners: self-adhesive tape
safety compliant
easy disposal, no harm to the environment as the kraft material decomposes quickly
Areas of application:
Kraft paper bags are used in medical institutions, cosmetology, beauty salons for manicures and sterilisation of medical instruments by hot air or autoclaving.
The sterilisation procedure consists of three steps: manual or automatic cleaning of the instruments, disinfection of the instruments in special solutions and then sterilisation of the dry instruments in hot air. In the third step, paper bags are used.
After the procedure, the instrument set can be stored until the start of the work. The packaging is opened in the presence of the client.
