ÉLAN - Smart Tinting System - Oxidising Emulsion 2%
The 2% oxidizing emulsion is a component of the SMART BROW TINTING SYSTEM.
It is designed to be mixed with "Deep Brow Tint 2.0" and "Eyebrow Tint Colour Booster 2.0. " It guarantees flawless coloring results thanks to its perfectly balanced formula and gently creamy texture.

pH: The pH of the finished hair color mixture is neutral, so the coloring process does not damage the hair or dry out the skin.

STEPS FOR DYEING EYEBROWS

1. Preparing for the Painting Process
   Use ELAN DETOX-MOUSSE to degrease your skin and hair before eyebrow tinting or shaping procedures. Remove the foam with a cotton pad moistened with water.

2. Eyebrow Shaping
   Shape your eyebrows using any suitable product.

3. Preparing the Paint Mix
   Mix the "Deep Brow Tint 2.0" eyebrow tint with 2% oxidizing emulsion in a 1:1 ratio in a non-metallic container. If you need to deepen and intensify the colors in the main palette or create a new shade, use the appropriate "Eyebrow Tint Color Booster 2.0" according to the mixing chart below:

Eyebrow dye (49%) + Oxidizing emulsion (49%) + Booster concentrate (2%) = Dye mixture (100%)

Note! The more booster concentrate you use, the closer the final shade will be to the base color (blue or orange).

4. Eyebrow Tinting
   Apply the dye mixture to your eyebrows according to the desired shape. Leave it on for 5–10 minutes, depending on the desired color intensity. After the specified time, remove any excess dye with a cotton pad moistened with water. If the dye has spread beyond the desired shape, remove the excess dye with a cotton swab moistened with ELAN SKIN COLOR REMOVER.

5. Completion of the Painting Process
   To set the results, apply ELAN COLOUR FIX to your eyebrows.

PRECAUTIONARY MEASURES
The oxidizing emulsion contains hydrogen peroxide. The eyebrow dye and booster concentrate contain p-phenylenediamine, p-phenylenediamines (toluenediamines), and resorcinol.

Before use, 48 hours in advance, perform an allergy test: mix 2 drops of dye and oxidizing emulsion and apply the mixture to a small area of skin near the elbow. If there is no visible redness, swelling, or irritation on the skin, you may proceed with coloring.

Wear protective gloves. Avoid using metal objects when working with the product. Do not apply to eyelashes. For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. If the product gets into your eyes, rinse them immediately with water. Rinse thoroughly after use.
